Fa3iloun Center is a non-profit scientific institution with legal personality and financial independence from its members. It was established pursuant to Articles 49/50 of Algerian Law No. 012/06 dated 18 Safar 1433 AH, corresponding to 12 January 2012, concerning associations.

It is an international academic event organized by the Fa3iloun Center for Research in Anthropology, Social Sciences and Humanities in partnership with the University of Monastir, represented by the Higher Institute of Languages of Moknine since 2025. It includes three international academic conferences.

It will take place from 27–31 October 2026 in Hammamet, Republic of Tunisia.

It includes three conferences: Main International Conference on human security in Arab societies, First Specialized International Conference on climate change, and Second Specialized International Conference on digital media and social media platforms.

Yes. Participation is not limited to anthropology; it is open to various social sciences and humanities disciplines and related fields.

Yes. A researcher may participate in no more than two conferences: the main international conference and one specialized conference.

Participation is open to various social sciences and humanities disciplines and related fields, such as political science, law, economics and others.

Arabic, French, and English.

Yes. The research must be original and must not have been previously published or presented at other conferences or events.

The abstract must not exceed 250 words.

According to the published schedule, responses will be sent between 15 September and 10 October 2026.

Yes. Participants may attend without presenting a paper and receive an attendance certificate.

Yes. A participation certificate is issued for Main International Conference and a certificate for one of the specialized conferences.

Yes. Researchers may submit their papers for publication in one of the Center's journals or in a collective book, subject to evaluation and peer review.

Yes. The main requirements are that the research be original, unpublished and not previously presented, and comply with recognized academic standards for writing and referencing.

Yes, co-authored participation is accepted.

Participation is available in person or remotely.

The announcement requires abstracts to be submitted through the online form within the submission period; therefore, it is best to complete the application within the stated deadlines.

Yes. Participation fees include All Inclusive , including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and beverages.

The cost varies by room type and occupancy. The announcement specifies fees for triple/quadruple and double rooms, with separate arrangements for single rooms and companions.

Yes. Special companion fees apply depending on the room type.

Yes. There is a discount of 50% for children aged 2 to 12, while children under 2 stay free with a parent, subject to the stated conditions.

Transportation is at the participants' expense, but bus arrangements are available for participants traveling from Algiers to Tunisia who wish to use them, with return arrangements according to the published programme.

Yes. Accommodation will be at a four-star hotel in Hammamet.
